We do take on dogs with temperament challenges, but please mention this in the "Special instructions" field when booking. Our team will match your pet with an executive experienced in handling reactive or aggressive dogs.

Yes — all Urban Paws executives are ID-verified, police-verified, and trained in basic animal first aid and pet behaviour. You can see your assigned executive's profile before the service starts.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled service at no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a small convenience fee.

We take this very seriously. All our executives are trained in basic pet first aid. In the rare event of an incident, the executive will contact you immediately and coordinate with the nearest vet if required. Urban Paws takes full responsibility for any injury that occurs during the service.
